Meet Coach Kris Pahl, founder and owner of the Soccer is Fun site.

Coach Kris Pahl has been coaching soccer for more than 20 years. He was the head men's soccer coach at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, for 12 seasons and has served on the FYSA coaching staff since 1990. Pahl earned his US Soccer National "A" license and also holds the US National Youth license.

Coach Pahl earned his Master's of Sports Management Degree at the U.S. Sports Academy conducting research on youth sports participation and motivation.

Coach Pahl enjoys helping educate parents, coaches, and players about the game of soccer and the life lessons which it teaches. He is currently working on a book titled "The Development of the American Soccer Player". This book explores the unique environment and specific challenges that are encountered in the development of American players. The book will discuss the lessons learned while raising his two children Kayla and Kevin. Kevin is currently a member of the 1993 U.S. National Team. Kayla is a student in the performing arts.
